DLBP checks in on Spring Lake Village rezoning application

DLBP is excited to be involved in all aspects of our clients’ rezoning efforts!

After observing the Cobb County Commissioners’ Meeting on August 15, Director of Planning, Artagus Newell, stopped by our client’s property to check on the rezoning notice sign.

As part of the rezoning advertisement requirement, a sign alerting the neighbors must be posted. DLBP not only posted the signage for our clients but is also making periodic checks to ensure the sign is still posted and in good shape to ensure there are no holdups in the procedural process.

Continued engagement and collaboration with our clients, the Community, and Staff Officials is integral to helping our clients achieve successful zoning entitlement outcomes.
