Office Conversion in Buckhead

DLBP is excited by the prospect of a new office conversion that is set to provide a new Food and Retail Hub for Central Buckhead, located at the Piedmont Center.

This proposal will convert over 35,000 square feet of existing office space into a new food and beverage venture called Oxton, combining beverage, food and wellness, centered around a one acre courtyard.

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a dramatic and lasting shift in working habitats and the way in which existing office space is utilized.  As many companies continue with remote and hybrid working practices, it is evident that office spaces are being utilized less and less.

DLBP is very interested to see how these trends continue to evolve and the impact it will have on the built environment around us.

With a myriad of experience of securing rezoning approvals in the US, combined with our experience of securing approval for office to residential conversions in the UK, DLBP is seeking opportunities to engage with those involved in the conversion of office space throughout the Atlanta Metropolitan.
